I'm finally home schooled =)  It's going to be so nice to be able to schedule my own day instead of having the county doing it.  Being able to eat whenever is going to be amazing as well.  That makes me sound like a pig, but if I don't eat when I want my body craves more then I end up binging on more fattening foods.  So I know what works for me =)
I have a whole bunch of little pet projects planned to keep me entertained for the next year and a half that I'm home schooled. I'm not quiet sure what I'll end up doing, but I'll think of something I'm sure.  Plus I plan to start swimming again soon so I won't suck next year =D

Go me.

School is sucktastic.  I'm most of you know that.  I don't get part of their "brillant" idea.   You, you're forced to go way in-depth into a subject (or more) you don't enjoy and probably won't apply in your life.  Ever.  In my case, in depth math D=   Then, especially for those who hate most of their classes, peoples grades slip or the "mysteriously" contract some tropical disease that keeps them home most of the time.   Then, the government wonders why so many kids aren't in school or have dropped out.
Also, they're testing the hell out of us here.  I don't know if it's just Florida, or a county, or a failing-grade school thing, but I've never had so many tests in one single year.  It's pathetic. Instead of investigating the teachers and investing time into us, we get budget cuts and more tests.  Well, it's my schools own fault since, like, 98% of students blow off our state exams D=  Morons.  (I go to a F-grade school obviously.  UGH.)
Also four hour and a half classes a day just doesn't work.  I'd rather have eight short classes a day.  Less time in each class and I'd get the classes I need to improve in everyday.

Whatever though.  No use crying over something you can't change, but I had to vent somewhere.

As of today, I learned that every Tuesday we'll be have about an hour of each class and an extra period getting help in our worst subject.
Has anyone ever had a simply psychotic teacher before?  I seriously think my chemistry teacher is nuts.  Like, ship off to the funny-farm nuts.  She yells at us for simply the noise caused by movement.  I have never wanted to curse out a teacher so bad as I do this year.  Ugh.

Peace <3

Have you ever noticed in life that you're either to young or to old to do something?  And that OTHER people seem to been oh-so keen to point that out to you.    Take my mother, for example.  "You're to young to know what you want!" or  "You're to young to be doing that!"  I can't think of anything she tells me I'm to old for right now.  But you get the point, right?

I'm sixteen years old.  Not six.  I'm not the sixteen year old that's shallow and conceited that thinks the whole wide world should bow down to her every whim.  Notsomuch me there.   I'm not going to lie and say that I could move out anytime and be fine.  Well, I could, but I'm not that stupid.

Don't get me wrong, I love my mom.  I'm getting to my main point soon guys.  Promise.

It's just, how does the world "know" how mature you are?  How do they know what you're ready for?  Example:  Teen moms.  Granted, most of them screwed up.  But just because they're fifteen, sixteen, or seventeen years old doesn't mean they're going to screw up their baby.  I know a teen mom that's a better mother times a thousand then a thirty-five year old mother I know.  It's all the individual.

So before you look at a person and begin to say "Aren't you..."  think about it first.
